Navan town cosmos 0-1 Borora Juniors
A hard fought win away to a strong Navan cosmos team gave Borora a valuable three points in the league.
Both teams went for it from the start but Borora were pinning the home team back withe the midfield dominating possession and creating several good scoring chances . Eventually the pressure paid off with Byron Wearon rounding the keeper before slotting home to give the visitors the lead.
Solid defence and strong midfield play kept cosmos out and keeper Èanna Bennett had a relatively quiet game in goals.
The visitors held on strongly for the win. A great team performance by everyone.
