Borora Juniors Reds had their final game of Division 3 away to Trim Celtic on Saturday morning. Both teams had still alot to play for with very few points separating the top 5 in this division. Borora as usual dominated much of the opening half and we're rewarded for this by three superb goals from Niall Rogan. The midfield Gilsenan, Komomoski and Bruton pulled the strings with superb assists in each of these goals.Trim pulled a goal back to bring the scoreline to 3-1 at half time to the visitors. Trim settled down and pressed continuously and again found the net for the second time. This left the last 15 mins, with Trim searching for an equaliser, a nailbiting final quarter ensued, that saw Breen Kavanagh play the game of the season in goals pulling off some wonderful saves alongside his Borora backline lead by Ryan Kelleher, whose many goal line clearances kept Borora ahead in the end . The game finished 3-2 to Borora Juniors. Impressive play from Kavanagh, Mulholland, Ryan, Kelleher, Gilsenan, Brady, Rogan and McGovern.
